Skycatering LLC has established long-term partnerships with both domestic and
international airlines from Germany, Russia, Finland, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. In
line with international airline catering regulations, we are committed to providing safe and
reliable services by applying advanced techniques and modern technologies across all stages—from
primary food processing to passenger service.
As a concessionaire at Chinggis Khaan International Airport, Skycatering has been operating in
the airline catering industry since 2009. In January 2021, new management was introduced,
forming a dedicated team focused on elevating Mongolian airline catering to new heights. Our
facility is located within a protected zone and complies with international standards, as well
as Mongolia’s port and customs regulations.

Materials meeting international standards such as ISO, GMP, GHP, and HACCP were used throughout, including food-industry cleanroom panels, air showers, and high-speed doors. Located just 800 meters from the New Ulaanbaatar International Airport, the facility spans 3,300 m². Its infrastructure—water and heating—is connected to the airport’s main line, and the power supply is secured by three independent sources.
